      Pros

      - Co-workers were great - Office was relaxed, for example, we used to run around shooting each other with nerf guns - Manager and team leader were dank

      Cons

      - Pay was atrocious - Literal slave labour when support lines were full - Work extremely repetitive and mind numbing

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
