Pros
They have lots of clients. You can easily get a decent caseload.
Cons
Their compensation model devalues the therapist profession, feels more like working for a call center, only the call center will probably pay you better. Their pay is based on time logged on your sessions, but they cap each session at 45 minutes, making it more harder to reach their pay increase thresholds. This is not good for therapist. You will end up getting paid about 23 dollars per client. It'll take you 7 clients to log 5 hours of work. If you value your profession, work for a different platform that is credentialled to take insurance.
