Pros

Employees, other than the managers, are great to work with.

Cons

Management can't get its act together. They can't communicate and when the do it's always negative. I can't speak for other stores but ours is a boys club.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
