Pros

It's alright, good employee discounts and co-workers are great. There are chances to grow if you want to. Not a bad place to be, it all depends on your management and co-workers. So far it's okay.

Cons

High expectations for a minimum wage job. You start to question yourself why am I doing all this work and meet these crazy sales expectations for this pay? Non commission job but your commission is your hours. You sell alot they would give you more hours.

Pros

The work itself is kinda fun if you enjoy solving issues and problem solving

Cons

Corporate make decisions that feel very out of touch with what is actually happening, and people get asked to perform way outside of their role while also being expected to maintain their own quality of work
