      -Too many re-org changes too often -Mass layoffs out of nowhere -Foggy vision of the future -To much trust and thoughts of AI -Large lack of bonus opportunities. Bonuses are leveraged on sales, when I am not even assisted with a store or sales in any way...

      Pros

      Travel to different store locations. On travel that requires a hotel meals are covered up to $80 a day. Mileage is reimbursed outside of 20miles from home and back.

      Cons

      You're required to have a car and it puts alot of strain on it and your body. You could be gone from home anywhere from a few days to a few months. Changes are very last minute.
