Pros

None. This has been the worst experience that I have had working in a retail store. I would not recommend working here.

Cons

The most minimal training possible: The only training I received was through E-learning's and basic merchandise techniques. Completely disorganized: This was the worst backroom I ever stepped in. There also was not a system set up to look for specific items in the backroom. The backstock had to looked for around the store. Anti-social managers: The managers barely barely spoke. When they did, they looked off in the distance like there was no one standing in front of them. They also believed that should not have to train anyone since, "everyone should already know what they are doing".

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
