Pros

Huge world wide retail company. Pays managers an above average salary.

Cons

Lots of pressure to perform. If manager b4 you was corrupt and was selling lots of phones, yet were to fraudulent customers, then the targets you will have will be unrealistically high, if you don't do the same thing, then you will never hit the targets as well as you will "negative comp" from last year big time! You will look like a complete loser.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
