If you are interested in seeing other parts of the country or the world, opportunities at stores, district offices, territory offices and subsidiaries often present themselves. By and large, promotions are based upon merit and most employees in leadership positions are in those roles because of their performance and abilities.

Change is constant at the company, it is an underlying part of the culture. This is necessitated by the types of products which are sold and consumer wants.
