Pros

Good compensation, decent hours, treated with respect if you work hard, there pretty lenient on whether or timeliness, you can come in late a lot but if you do your job right that will usually offset being 1-5 minutes late everyday, everybody there is very friendle and willing to help and they bring a real team aspect to the store when doing things. THEY HAVE THE BEST DISCOUNT EVER, COST+ 5%!

Cons

not as many hours because of the recent recession, general managers play no role in day to day store activities, sometimes the culture can get very annoying when you want to go to work and do your job and go home

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
