Pros

Culture is great. Great way to gain multi industry knowledge and willing to teach young leaders about business. I believe it helps you become a well rounded individual, and can help set you up for success in your next role if you allow it (in any position in the store) but it is not for everyone. High paced, supportive environment.

Cons

High demand for low pay. You take a lot of flack for "entry level management". Tenure doesn't always effect it, and neither does performace. You can have both and you just have to be willing to work up to the next level - Which if it makes sense for your career then its not the worst. I did not want to be a GM or go any further - Being told that you are doing a good job doesn't account for rude customers and unmotivated and difficult staff. Knowing the person next to you is getting paid more and started years after is never a practice to keep employees.

Pros

Learned so many skills. Lots of training.

Cons

Pay is just okay, but expected for entry level.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
