      Production process is straight forward.

      Cons

      shortage of people. The employees' responsibilities are overly expansive. The work expectations are too encompassing. Consistent pressure to reduce cost without support. Long days and most Saturdays. Plant Manager is out of touch, delusional, oblivious. High management turnover.
