      Great products and great people initially

      Cons

      Former Hillrom - Poor management and communication during takeover. Restructure communication even worse. Lost a lot of great people because of it and ruined the atmosphere.

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
