Pros

Baxter has an internal training site where HR can track additional optional courses available for free and can be paid as OT if your supervisor allows you to. Courses ranges from Excel, Tableau, Beginner Leadership, etc. These can be added into your work profile and development plan and increase your chances of advancement within all of Baxter. They accomodated me as a United States Army Reservist extremely well. Their tuition reimbursement plan is amazing and easy to submit and receive payment. Their supplement income for Reservists transitioning to active duty training is amazing for filling in pay gaps.

Cons

Shift hours are based on need. There are 3 shifts and transferring shifts is difficult because it usually is based on minimum time served on 3rd shift, cross training and seniority.

Pros

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
