Need to be in good books with Manager else you will definitely screwed up, cannot even express our opinion, all companywide surveys are just for formalities, Managers think they are GOD, need to blindly follow what they say, never seen such managers anywhere, lot of favorism to people whom they like mostly on regional basis, most of them already left and few are planning to leave for these reasons.
