      Pros

      Great pool of exceptional talent. They have a lot of intelligent people that really understand the industry.

      Cons

      Products are old and under tremendous pressure. As a result, management is hyper-focused on cost and nothing else. Despite the wealth of talent at their disposal, there is no focus on development of next-generation products.
