      Great benefits, teams, people and atmosphere. Good manager to employee communication! Good VP to employee communication. Fantastic employee stock options.

      Cons

      Baxter is going through a split right now so everything is uncertain. There have been a lot of layoffs an department reorgs which makes everyone nervous.
