      Pros

      Great experience right off the bat. A good opportunity for growth within the company. Able to work overtime as an hourly worker to start off.

      Cons

      If a project is not ongoing there is very little to do except for busy work. Under harsh scrutiny from regulatory bodies.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
