Thanks so much for your review and for having worked as a Cleanroom Technician in Mississauga. We are so pleased that you would recommend Baxter as an employer and especially loved that you worked with such a great team. We agree that at times the work within the cleanrooms can be labour intensive to prevent the growth of microorganisms which would be detrimental—wishing you all the best for the future.

Cons

Workplace Culture: The internal team environment can be highly toxic, fragmented, and lacking in genuine support or positive morale. The internal team environment can be highly toxic, fragmented, and lacking in genuine support or positive morale. There is an over-rotation on pointing out negativity rather than fostering constructive or collaborative growth. Management Style: There is a noticeable disconnect in leadership, with heavy systemic pressure and a cultural noise that can be difficult to navigate if you are not isolated from the main hubs. The level of micromanagement is exceptionally high, which stifles individual autonomy. Furthermore, cross-border or cross-functional communication with team members in other countries is heavily restricted and actively frowned upon, creating unnecessary operational silos.
