Pros
Most of the employees are great people, and this leads to a productive office culture. The compensation was decent, but for the type of work, and the quality of the work that management expects, there are other companies that pay much more well. I would recommend this company for someone to start off.
Cons
The expectations were very high. Everyone, including the trainers were so busy with work that it affected training so much that the majority of new hires were let go before even the training period. Assimilation for entry-level positions is a joke here. Think you might get promoted? If you basically eliminate everything else outside of your work then yes, otherwise, there is no way to move up because there are people working there that keep on working after technically leaving work... Everyday! Also, rules and regulations constantly change, so even employees that have been there for years may be completely lost on work procedures.
