Pros
company culture and values - feels like a second family instant access to benefits - no waiting periods (stocks, 401k, etc) supportive direct supervisors solid training, program has been tweaked of late but it has new reps hitting the floor faster.
Cons
lack of exposure to some other aspects of the company upper management does not grasp the daily struggles that the frontline representatives go through severe lack of communication between sectors of the supply chain out dated technology, systems do not communicate well with each other
