      Easy going and good office culture company, moderate leadership, Company has great values and enjoyed, leadership is easy to approach !!

      Due to lack of structure, too much unnecessary workload resulting in slow growth and lack of GOOD strategy.

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
