Very inconsistent and unorganized - Quality Laboratory Associate Baxter Employee Review

There is no such thing as having a life outside of Baxter. You never know what days you will work. The schedule changes daily and you have to plan your life accordingly. You have no work/life balance. They have a four week shut down that is plant wide but you only get two weeks of vacation. There are document changes daily which causes your work to change very frequently. Everything is inconsistent.
