Constant reorganization and outsourcing to eliminate employees and spread the work around to those remaining. Very low employee engagement, high level of burnout and stress. Executive management does not really listen to employee concerns and has expectation of long working hours. Cubes have been replaced by open workspaces, which are hated by most employees. Limited opportunity for advancement.
