      Negative environment. Useless HR team - Senior Software Engineer Baxter Employee Review

      Good salary. Nothing else I can think.

      Cons

      No HR policy. Managers have no idea what team is doing. No job security ( I am still working at baxter). Too much of work pressure.

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
