Management at all levels is very poor. The pay is low for pharmaceutical. Equipment breaks down a lot as they won't pay for new stuff but still they expect you to stay and get the same capacity out. It's quite boring as the training is almost non existent, train you up in one area and forget about you. It's no surprise that staff turnover is huge
