Pros
Profit sharing for employees as long as the attainment is hit. Good work life balance with the shifts that are offered. Management is very engaged with the pulse of the facility and try to be generous to the employees.
Cons
Employees are to in to themselves and fell their entitled to everything they ask for. Training is terrible at the production level. Production management gives in to it employees instead of holding them accountable.
