      Great products, awesome people, hard working & fun. Decent benefits & environment. Respect for individuals of many different back grounds; many locations.

      Cons

      Still fine tuning organization since spin off, as expected some ambiguity & weirdness that should pass. Priorities shift constantly so projects stop & start.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
