      Pros

      Lots of intern events. Good experience and a lot of work that wasn't just busy work.

      Cons

      No gifts after departure. Housing is only subsidized, not fully covered and had to share a rental car.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
