Having a job in IT with Banner Health. organizational structure in the IT department was extremely departmentalized; they have reassigned numerous employees to roles in which they are under/un qualified for. They love to snatch up as much as they can so it feels as if its a rolling merger, going on for YEARS. NO training whatsoever in newly rolled out projects- dive in and figure it out- OR become informed through the "grapevine", whichever is first. Don't try to get a better job from within- The recruitment standards call for fresh graduates with a shiny degree...you're better off finding a position somewhere else. Oh, and lets not expand the IT budget, after all- that'll dip into the wrong pocket(s) . never mind the late 2016 Hack
