      Pros

      Great company who offers their own insurance/benefits. Benefits are probably lowest monthly cost I have seen when comparing to law firms or other employers

      Cons

      Constant changes so you must be flexible and be able to adapt.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
