      Vacation time was decent and I did actually get paid.

      Management is insecure and incapable. No work life balance and no ability by management to make anything better.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
