      meritocracy great leaders work life balance respectful growth strategy while others are cutting back

      pay is a little below market can be difficult environment with people in support areas being stuck in their ways can be political at times (difficult to get to VP level)

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
