Pros

It was close to where I worked and I wanted to get back into a 9-5

Cons

The culture was not great at all. My branch had been recently acquired by BMO, and the management only pushed sales and what needed to be improved upon, hardly ever considering branch success. Also, their software for day-to-day operations is very old and not streamlined for employee or customer success.
