      Pros

      Great local management, Work from home policy. BMC will go a long way for customers. Innovation in products.

      Cons

      Commission, BMC will always find a way to pay you less; the company needs a PhD to understand, and they will always find a loop hole. Benefits are below market standard (no wellness, minimum PTO, Pension plan minimum rate) BMC expect you to deliver 120% working late night and holidays, but will not pay you for it.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
