      Overall it's a decent place to work for, they have been successful in integrating new companies and executing well on their BSM strategy.

      Cons

      Infrastructure software is not a Hot growth area, all the other companies which BMC competes are big companies like HP, IBM and CA.

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.
