      Very Good work Culture, An employee-centric culture is an environment where ideas, creativity, free-flowing communication and innovation are encouraged throughout an organization, Good Salary Compare to market, Medical insurance and other benefits.

      there are no Cons actually. It has good work life balance. It is the first company started work from home in Covid-19 situation.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
