The salaries are higher than industry averages, there is some flexibility in the work schedule and there are ample donuts to be had.
Cons
Management lacks the wisdom to see structural problems and places blame on external agencies. Large amounts of abuse towards employees, as well as vulnerable clients. Neither management or employees respect the position of trust within the community that they have been given.
