Pros
It hard to say that there are good reason to working for BMC. The salarys is okay, and the work is usually the same. People are nice, I like my coworkers.
Cons
Sometime works get so much you ned to work longer hours. Not a very innovation company and technology is very old. If you want new technology, here is not the place.
