Pros
Reasonable pay, interesting work. They provide snacks galore and all the soda you can drink. And if you happen to like right-wing newspapers, you get lots of free ones too, though that is not really a pro if you are not a right-winger type.
Cons
Top management is out of touch with all reality, continuing to pat themselves on their backs while blaming the grunts for all the problems which in reality are that senior management do not know what they are doing. When they see a problem with the way things are going they double down rather than fixing the problem.
