So many quality products to sell you can overcome just about any objection and provide a solution for your customer. The consulting teams are very strong and the sales management hold you to sales process that is proven to work repeatedly increasing the deal size time after time. Benefits are solid and about equal with the industry.
Cons
It is a big company so takes a little time to turn the ship. Learning the portfolio is hard, Finding the time for training is a real challenge. Depending on your region you might have have a high travel rate.
