      Pros

      Great campus at the Corporate office offering a gym, flexible working hours, and a great atmosphere where colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      BMC does not have an office in every state therefore you are not able to work there if you live in certain areas.

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.
