Pros
Good pay and bennies while you work there Ability to work from home You will be able to leave someday if the job doesn't kill you first
Cons
Company is a nightmare to work for if you are someone who actually does the work that is at the heart of what generates Sales to include development, tech support, order processing etc, then they make it very difficult for you. Constant layoffs of these types of jobs to ship overseas, but they hire many upper level execs. If you are not in Houston, you basically don't exist until it is time to lay you off.
