      Pros

      The products that they create are innovative and reliable. The compensation is good for the market.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is inept. They are totally disconnected from the regular workers. The company has frequent layoffs which leave employees concerned for their jobs every day. Too many Directors and VPs in comparison to the number of employees.

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.

      Constant layoffs for the past 3 years, and letting key talents go.
