      very professional onboarding process. you will receive a full multi-month plan on day-1 that helps you to get started. you will learn about the technology and more importantly about the people in the company.

      Cons

      it helps big time if you already have BMC experience otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming at the begging with a lot of terminology.

      Life balance and culture is good. Management is okay.
