1. Long hours - Due to staff shortages and the need to manage recovery rates, some managers reduce the allocated hours for each job. This often results in handling 3 to 4 or more engagements simultaneously, creating backlogs as new assignments continue to come in. 2. Toxic management - favoritism, unrealistic expectations 3.
