Flexibility in hours, opportunities for growth, and gender/diversity inclusive

No support for mental health. No support for neurodivergent individuals. Department keeps reorganizing and renaming. Unfair salary dispersion for location even though most, if not all, of advisory department works virtually. Lack in transparent compensation amongst departments/levels/locations. New York workers are specially favored with more pay, more perks, more internal activities and support. Upper management extremely disconnected from lower levels and act with a superior complex treating subordinates rudely and undermining.
