Pay is okay, still low. Great and reasonably priced medical, dental, and vision benefits! Nice cafe/kitchen area, excellent admin staff!
Cons
Horrible hours in a company that is trying so hard to be part of the Big 4 club, but also claim to have the "smaller firm" atmosphere. There is so much bureaucracy, getting even the smallest thing in place takes months or gets lost. The manager to associate ratio is almost 1:1 with little to no communication between managers over which projects are assigned to whom. You won't really be able to use the great medical benefits until you have a complete breakdown, heart attack, or your medical needs happen to coincide with the ever diminishing "slow" season. Speaking of slow season, be ready to beg for work everyday to try to reach your still required 40 hours (actual with a goal of 35-40 billable).
