      Pros

      Great for Personal Growth and Excellent Training Program! E-learning is provided and professional membership fee is paid for! Computerized Process During Work! And they buy you a new laptop just for your usage! Promotions paths are laid out for you! As long you performed what you are expected to do each year, You will definitely be promoted each year. There are performance bonus based on how efficiently you complete your assigned task. And it ranged from 500-2000 based on your current positions.

      Cons

      Overtime is expected and No Off and Cash Incentive is provided for it. Annual Leaves cannot be en-cashed or carried forward each year

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
