Pros
Open door policy (but beware because whatever you tell the higher up are always shared to their "puppets"). Good working environment except when you are not part of the "in" group. Good salary as compared to big 4 audit firms.
Cons
Client base is so small that seniors end up working on the same client for years. Review process needs to be improved and not based solely on the managers professional and sometimes personal view of the person.
