Cons
The worst management you will ever come across in any firm. Constant mental harassment and treats like salary and allowance deduction, none of the employees are ever given a chance to be heard, zero opportunities for growth as no performance evaluations are done. A joke of a firm and really not worthy of being part of the otherwise great BDO network. I do not expect anyone to blindly believe me. You will get contact details and emails of everyone working currently at BDO Oman, anyone can contact them for confirmation. I just request anyone who wishes to join BDO Oman to kindly think twice as I can guarantee they will regret their decision within a months time like everyone currently working here does. If the situation of the global job market was any better, even the office boy would have long resigned.
